Charlotte Staddon

With over 10 years of experience in lettings, I’ve had the privilege of managing a wide variety of properties and building strong relations with landlords, tenants and tradesman.

Over time, I have developed a real passion for creating well managed, stress-free living environments, which naturally led me to transition into block management.

Being from Clevedon, I saw an opportunity to have a greater impact by improving the quality of life for entire communities.

I noticed a large portion of block management companies were charging excessive amounts while also leaving the individuals feeling underwhelmed from the services they received. As a result, I decided to set up my own company dedicated to applying my expertise to ensure safe, well-maintained communal areas and a smooth, reliable service for residents and property owners alike.

I’ve spent the last 8 years within the accounting industry, working on a variety of companies ranging from sole traders to a FTSE 250 company, within different industries including construction, property development and assisting with a number of block management companies.

I pride myself on going beyond my technical expertise, to communicate clearly, translating numbers into actionable insights. In short, keeping things simplified and doing the right thing.

Hayley Mawford

I have worked in accounting for 17 years, building a solid understanding of finances, detail, and accountability. I’m passionate about helping people feel supported and reassured in their homes, and I enjoy being a reliable point of contact they can trust.

I am also well‑versed in working to strict deadlines, providing fast and clear responses, and handling matters where accuracy and reliability are essential. Having come from a regulated, compliance‑driven environment, I fully understand the importance of meeting legal and regulatory obligations and ensuring everything is managed correctly and responsibly.

Meet the team

We work alongside the trusted Poulter Restorations team to support us with the day to day repair and maintenance of the buildings. There are clearly times when the scope of works are such where benchmarking of pricing is necessary to ensure value for money for the works required.

We have been lucky enough to work with amazing local specialist reputable subcontractors.

On larger projects, we will always seek to provide 3 quotes (including any recommendations from occupiers) for any works required allowing each block to choose their preferred contractor.
