Why Clevedon?

Clevedon is renowned for its Victorian charm, stunning coastal views, and rich architectural heritage.

Our goal is to protect, restore, and preserve Clevedon’s historic legacy by working with skilled local tradesmen who ensure that properties maintain their unique character.

These craftsmen specialise in the intricate details of slate roofing, bespoke carpentry, and stonework, all of which contribute to the town’s distinctive aesthetic.

Through my experience, I’ve built a trusted network of industry professionals who deliver exceptional work at trade prices, allowing me to pass on these cost savings directly to each property.

Clevedon’s our home town and a place we feel proud to be a part of.

Why Bristol?

We have branched into Bristol as many of the properties exhibit similar characteristics as the Clevedon properties where we started from.

Bristol is a city steeped in history, known for its diverse architecture, vibrant neighbourhoods, and rich maritime heritage.

Our mission is to protect, restore, and celebrate Bristol’s unique character by partnering with skilled local tradespeople who understand the city’s distinct architectural styles.

From intricate Georgian façades in Clifton to traditional stonework in Redland and period features across Southville, these craftsmen bring specialist expertise in slate roofing, bespoke joinery, and heritage restoration.

Why Portishead?

Portishead is a vibrant coastal town that beautifully combines heritage with modern living. From the historic Lake Grounds and Victorian terraces to the contemporary homes along the Marina, the town offers a rich and varied architectural landscape.

Our goal is to help preserve what makes Portishead special — protecting the character of older properties while supporting the sensitive upkeep of newer developments. Whether it’s maintaining the charm of hillside homes with views over the Bristol Channel, or ensuring that properties near the Marina remain in excellent condition despite coastal exposure, we understand the nuances of the local environment.
