What to do in an emergency

  • Safety First - While waiting for assistance, ensure your safety and the safety of others. For instance, in case of a fire, follow the fire procedures and evacuate the building. These can be found in the communal hallways.

  • Contact the appropriate number

    • Gas - If you smell gas in your property, please call the National Gas Emergency Service number on 0800 111 999.

    • Fire - If there is a fire, please call 999.
